The 2nd Annual Assembly was held on April 19-20, 2012 at the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans. The two day event featured the Grants Committee meeting, a Kids' Chance Committee meeting, the Annual Fellows Membership Meeting, the Board of Directors meeting and the Distinguished Honoree Luncheon. The Annual Assembly culminated with the 26th Annual Fellows Gala on April 20. At this black tie celebration we honored the 2011 Distinguished Jurist, Attorney, Professor, and Calogero Justice Award recipient. The evening included dinner, music, and a live auction. The LBF 2012-13 officers were installed.

Fellows are updated on LBF activities and elect new board members. The President's Award is presented and recognition given to LBF Community Partnership Panel and committee chairs.

9 a.m. Board of Directors Meeting Presiding: Mathile W. Abramson

LBF business will be handled including the 2012-13 grant awards.
