The Law Student Pro Bono Awards
The Louisiana State Bar Association's Annual Law Student Pro Bono Award recognizes law students from American Bar Association accredited law schools in Louisiana for demonstrating a dedication to providing legal services to the poor. One award may be given to each of the four Louisiana Law Schools. Students must be in good academic standing and have fulfilled their law school's requirements regarding public interest involvement. In acknowledgement of student efforts, the Louisiana Bar Foundation provides a monetary award to law student award recipients.
