Special Initiatives Description:
- multi-year (usually 3 year) commitment
- funds are $50,000 per year or higher
- funding is collaboration with justice community stakeholders
- initiative provides umbrella support services to several or all legal aid providers
- Board of Directors approves funding through a Memorandum of Understanding executed with the stakeholders and customized for specific initiative objectives and goals
