The Louisiana Bar Foundation and the Louisiana Civil Justice Center formed a partnership in 2010. The objective of this partnership is to build a statewide telephone intake system with dedicated (paid and/or volunteer) staff and systems that provide advice, brief services and referrals allowing eligible callers to speak directly to a legal worker who can analyze the caller's problem and provide legal advice, information, referral and brief services as appropriate at the time of the call or with a return call.
