Access to Justice Program The Access to Justice Program is a cooperative venture of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Foundation and the Louisiana legal services programs. The committee works to make others aware of the unmet needs of the poor for civil legal services, and can best assist by working toward solutions that can be realized in proper funding of legal services providers and increased participation by the legal community. The mission of the Access to Justice Committee is to support and help strengthen an integrated statewide network to increase the delivery of legal services to the poor of Louisiana.
