Marc T. Amy |

| Amy is a member of the Louisiana Court of Appeal, Third Circuit. He is a graduate of the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center (J.D.) and the University of Virginia School of Law (LL.M.) in Judicial Process. A Fellow of the Louisiana Bar Foundation, Amy became a member of the Board of Directors in 2005 and has served as its Secretary-Treasurer and Vice President. He previously served as Chair of the Foundation's Education Committee, Judicial Liaison Committee, Budget/Investment Committee, and Grants Committee. Amy has also been an active participant in the American Bar Association, the American Law Institute, and the American Judicature Society.

Ranier is a founding partner of the law firm Ranier, Gayle & Elliot LLC in Lake Charles. He graduated from Tulane University, served in the United States Navy and graduated from the University of Texas Law School. He has served on the LBF Board of Directors since 2002. Ranier is a member of the Louisiana and Texas Bars and serves clients from across the country. He is a founding member of the LSU Law Center National Alumni Board. He has been a speaker at many Bar Association and Trial Lawyer seminars, and is an author of papers and articles principally on the subject of tort law. |

Richard's practice principally involves business litigation, toxic tort, products liability, and legal and medical malpractice. He received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University and his law degree from Louisiana State University. Richard was the 2000 recipient of the Curtis R. Boisfontaine Trial Advocacy Award, given by the Louisiana Bar Foundation.
